Subject of the Agreement

This agreement aims to regulate the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products offered by Remassa over the internet, within the scope of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Products and Prices

The type, quantity, model, color, and sales price of the products are specified during the order process.
All prices are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
The order becomes valid after the payment is successfully completed.

Payment

Payment is made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other electronic payment methods.
Orders will not be processed until the payment is completed.
In case the order cannot be completed due to technical issues during payment, the buyer will be informed.

Delivery

Products are shipped to the address specified by the buyer during the order.
Delivery time may vary depending on stock availability and delivery location.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, war, strikes, etc.).

Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller via email.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Return Exceptions

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

– Products manufactured based on the buyer’s special request
– Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
– Products whose packaging has been opened and cannot be resold
– Used or damaged products

General Provisions

The buyer declares that they have read and accepted all product details, pricing, and delivery conditions before completing the order.
The seller is obliged to deliver the product completely and in accordance with the specified qualifications.
If the product cannot be supplied, the buyer will be informed and the payment will be refunded within 14 days.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond their control such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or infrastructure issues.

Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of the Republic of Turkey are authorized.

Effectiveness

By placing an order on the website, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
