Products and Prices
Product details and prices are shown during the purchase process.
All prices shown by Remassa are exclusive of VAT (KDV).
Payment
Payment is made via bank card, bank transfer, or other electronic payment methods.
Delivery
Remassa ships the products to the address specified by the customer during the order.
Right of Return
The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt without providing any reason.
Return Exceptions
The right of return does not apply in the following cases:
Products specially produced upon customer request
Hygiene products
Opened items that cannot be resold
Used or damaged products
