Shipping and returns policy

Orders are prepared and processed within 2–5 business days from the date of confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, but usually take between 3–7 business days within Türkiye.

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if there is a manufacturing defect or if the item does not match the description.
To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Please note that returns are accepted only for orders delivered within Türkiye. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders shipped outside the country.

Products that are custom-made, tailored to the customer's measurements, or specially produced upon request are not eligible for return or refund, as they are prepared exclusively for each customer.

However, if there is an error related to the size, design, or product due to our side, we are committed to working closely with the customer to find the most suitable solution, whether through adjustments, replacement, or another mutually agreed option that ensures customer satisfaction.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved according to the return conditions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
